RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Products purchased from the store can be returned to the store for a full refund or exchange.

The criteria for a refund shall include:
i) Returns must be made within 14 days and in a sealable condition
ii) Products delivered to the customer was in a damaged state
iii) Proof of purchase must be furnished by the customer.

In the event of a return/exchange, The customer would be responsible for the cost of delivery of the returned merchandise.
